All online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will be eligible for a refund. However, there will be a 20% restocking fee and the remaining will be refunded to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
